Mid-America’s services include waste transportation and disposal, industrial cleaning, environmental assessments, asbestos abatement, soil and groundwater remediation, and emergency response. The company was founded in 1990 and performs its services throughout the Midwestern United States. The company was owned by Dominic and Melissa Whitley, who will remain as executives in the combined company and will be ongoing shareholders of CG Environmental.
