Sara began her environmental career in 1985, with one of the first permitted RCRA TSDF’s in Missouri for a summer job while on break from Central Missouri State University. She affectionately refers to her career as the “Endless Summer”.
She later was co- founder and owner of Industrial Compliance and Safety, Inc., which was named by the Kansas City Business Journals, Top 30 Fastest Growing Women owned Business in 1992. After selling the business to Perma-Fix Environmental in 1995, she became, Sales Manager for Perma-Fix Environmental’s Midwest Region for the next 15 years.

40 Hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response trained
